Kova360 is an AI-powered marketplace that allows users to compare, choose, and subscribe to health insurance plans from licensed HMO providers in Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our services.

3. Services Provided

• We list HMO plans from approved providers.
• We help you compare plans based on your needs and preferences.
• We process payments on behalf of HMO providers and remit them accordingly.
• Kova360 is not an HMO provider — we are a technology platform.

4. Payments & Fees

• Payments can be one-time or spread over 3 months (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Missed payments will be added to the next payment cycle.
• If payment is incomplete after the 3-month window, your plan may be paused or cancelled.
• Kova360 earns a commission from HMO providers, not from hidden charges to users.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Make timely payments to maintain your coverage.

6. HMO Provider Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details of their plans.
• Honour all valid subscriptions purchased via Kova360.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kova360 is not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by HMOs.
• Any claims, damages, or disputes between you and your chosen HMO provider.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our platform.
